Little Wonders

Verse 1:
He wore his face under the covers
Pillows and Sheets, blankets and heat
Disguised to world, in a blunder
While all he did was wonder
What it'd be like if he was a different color
Not in a race war riot kinda way
Kinda like goin from pale to tan in summer
Yet now its his enemy, no longer a remedy
Hand upon a bible, prayin' to K-Pax infinities
Cause theres more than what meets the eyes
Like how do you revise a plan to advise future allies
Whats a man to do, when you question everything
The existance of denominations, destroy the transition of spring
Full of lancalots, we knight them equestrians
and we eat that mongolian blood meat, ef them vegetarians
Cause we need that protein in our veins to keep us strong
So we can continue to fight the feelings of whether we belong

Chorus:
These little wonders
It's no wonder they exist
No one stands beside you
Even in times of need, of crisis
You're forced to lock 'em up,
Behind closed doors in private
These littles wonders
Do they exist?

Verse 2:
He misses all his old influences
The ones that used to support him,
Now all he does is put up his headphones
Blare some Em, zoning out frustration without substance
He fights future conquests with reluctance
His life as a movie is damn shame, man
That this kid feels this way man,
He's forced to be influeneced by all these false idols
As we seek survival.
'Cause the severity of empathy, or our lack of modern sympathy,
Will never, ever deminished his reborn legacy
Instead he snaps back, with his head high above 'em
Up in the clouds, shrined in steel covenants
An eco-drive Citizen
Im on point like a decimal is...
These four grand watches become a necessities
In the process of natural selections
I was chosen to be different kind of celebrity
Which is why I make this shit seem so effortlessly...

Chorus:
These little wonders
It's no wonder they exist
No one stands beside you
Even in times of need, of crisis
You're forced to lock 'em up,
Behind closed doors in private
These little wonders
Do they exist?

Verse 3:
Have you ever wondered?
How the pyramids of giza were constructed?
Or what stone henge really means?
How many planets out there are really green?
What about the pheonix lights?
The ones that reminscence aurora's at night?
If we saw a UFO, would you even express an interest in it?
Or write it off cause it cant exist cause god trumps science?
What about how the strange clouds pass us by
Or how lullabys' stay in our head 'till we die,
I on the other hand, question everything
I question the Saturn ring,
I question the heavenly things
I question what weddings mean
I question all the finer things
Maybe its because I've lost sight of everything in between
But I still question everything
Because my obscenities are obscene
They say its a curse, but I say its a blessin'
I've just invested in the proper form of protection.

Chorus:
These little wonders
It's no wonder they exist
No one stands beside you
Even in times of need, of crisis
You're forced to lock 'em up,
Behind closed doors in private
These little wonders
Do they exist?
